Please note once an order is place, order cannot be modified, altered or canceled.

Shipping Information

Splendid Sundays, LLC currently ships anywhere in the United States.  We are in the process of expanding our shipping worldwide!

Upon receiving credit card authorization and verification, all orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order is processed, Splendid Sundays will provide a tracking number to facilitate monitoring the shipping and delivery of your order.

Splendid Sundays is not responsible for any delayed deliveries caused by the carriers selected at checkout.  Any questions regarding tracking information, status of delivery or other related issues concerning your package must be made to the respective carrier.

Please make sure your information is accurate when entering your shipping address at checkout. Confirm the shipping address is a reliable and secure mailing address, as Splendid Sundays is not responsible for any stolen or lost packages once they leave our place of business.  Any returned packages will be subject to additional fees, including but not limited to returned shipping fees.

Return Policy

We hope our pieces make you feel confident and splendid! However, in the event you would like to request a return, please note the following:

To begin a return, please contact our Customer Service prior to sending your items back to us.  This initial communication will help us indicate whether or not the item is eligible for a return.  Items sent without contacting us will not be accepted.

Splendid Sundays gladly accepts returns of full-priced merchandise that is unused, undamaged, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with the original tag attached.  Items must be returned within 14 days of when the product is tracked as delivered, and a copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase must be included with the returned item(s).  Once a return is received and approved, Splendid Sundays will issue a refund for store credit.

Non-refundable Return Shipping Fee

Please note there is a non-refundable flat rate return shipping fee of $8.00.  Please contact Customer Service to begin your return process and obtain a return label from us. 

Damaged or Defective Items

In the event you receive a damaged or defective piece, please contact our Customer Service at customerservice@splendidsundays.com within 3 business days to notify us of this issue. Failure to notify us within this time frame will result in the piece(s) no longer qualifying for a return.  A photo of the damaged or defective item, and a copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase must be provided for review. 

Once the damaged or defective item is reviewed, our Customer Service Staff will provide instructions to begin your return process and provide you with a return label. Once a return is received and approved, Splendid Sundays will issue a refund for store credit.
